Drivers ,who fill petrol every week notices increasing of petrol price .The average petrol price for a gallon (liquid unit) is is $3.58.The current average is four cents higher than a month ago.
However, the year-over-year difference has narrowed to 15 cents per gallon from as much as 39 cents per gallon on April 18.
One of the factor is increase of the crude-oil,pushed prices higher at the pump.For 73 consecutive days the national average has been lower than it was on the same day a year ago.

The recent trend toward higher prices has affected most states, with only West Virginia and Ohio posting lower prices now than a week ago. Prices in six states; Oregon, Minnesota, Washington, Oklahoma Nebraska and Iowa) have jumped by more than 20 cents.
